Questions
Is unlocking legal?
Yes. Unlocking your own phone from its network in the UK is legal. The phone must not be reported lost or stolen.
Is it the same as a passcode or iCloud lock?
No. Network unlocking lets the phone use other networks' SIM cards. It does not remove a passcode, Google account or iCloud lock.
How much will it cost?
Every repair is quoted for your device, because the price depends on the model, the fault and the parts you choose. We quote before any work starts.
What warranty do I get?
It depends on the repair, and we confirm it on your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day we are open, or book a time if you prefer.
