These terms apply to this website and to quotes, reservations and offers made through it. They don’t affect your legal rights.
About us
This website is run by Ezone Repairs Nuneaton Limited (company number 13990058), registered office 9 Harefield Road, Nuneaton CV11 4HA. We are not VAT registered.
Repair quotes
- A quote is based on the information you give us. If we find something different when we check the device, we’ll tell you and re-quote before going further.
- No repair work starts until you accept the quote.
- Your quote shows the part options and the warranty for the repair.
- If you cancel after we’ve started work at your request, you pay for the work done up to that point. See our returns and refunds policy.
Your data and passcodes
- Back up everything on your device before you hand it over. Repairs can occasionally cause loss of data, software or settings.
- We’re not responsible for data loss unless it’s caused by us failing to carry out the repair with reasonable care and skill.
- Only give us your passcode or PIN if we need it to test the device after the repair. We’ll tell you when we do.
Uncollected devices
- We hold repaired or checked devices for up to 90 days after telling you they’re ready.
- If a device isn’t collected and paid for within 90 days, we’ll send you a final reminder.
- If it’s still uncollected 14 days after that reminder, we may sell or dispose of it under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. If we sell it, we’ll take any unpaid repair costs from the money and keep the rest for you to claim.
Prices and reservations
- Shop prices are in pounds sterling. We try to keep listings accurate. If a price or description is wrong, we’ll tell you before you pay.
- A reservation request isn’t a sale. We confirm whether we can hold the item, and the sale happens when you pay in the shop.
Selling a device to us
- You must own the device and have the right to sell it.
- Bring valid photo ID. We won’t buy devices reported lost or stolen, or locked to an account.
- An offer made online is based on your description, and may change after we check the device.
Using this website
Don’t misuse the website or its forms. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
