Repairs
The warranty for a repair depends on the repair, and we confirm it on your quote before any work starts. It covers the work we did and the parts we fitted.
The warranty doesn’t cover new damage after the repair, such as drops, cracks or liquid. It also doesn’t cover faults unrelated to the repair, or a device that has since been opened or repaired by someone else.
Used devices
The warranty for a used device varies by device and is shown on its listing and your receipt.
How to claim
Bring the device and your receipt to the shop, or call us first on 024 7634 1341. We’ll check it, and if the fault is covered we’ll put it right.
Your legal rights
Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and doesn’t affect them. Repairs must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. See our returns and refunds policy.
