What we collect and why

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Your devices
When we repair or recover data from a device, we only access what we need to do the job. We wipe all data from devices we buy before they are resold.
Repairs can occasionally cause data loss, so back up your device before you hand it over. See our terms for more.
When you sell us a device, we check your photo ID and record your name, address and the ID’s reference. We don’t keep a copy of the ID itself.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers that only process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles form submissions.
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365 stores our email.
- Umami counts visits without cookies or personal data (see our cookie policy).
These providers run global networks, so your information may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, they protect it with approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
We may share information with the police if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
