Faulty goods
If something you bought from us is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days of buying it, you can reject it for a full refund.
- After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace it. If that doesn’t work, you can have a refund or a price reduction. Within six months of purchase, the fault is assumed to have been there when you bought it unless we can show otherwise.
Bring the item and your receipt to the shop, or call us first.
Items bought in the shop
If you change your mind about something that isn’t faulty, you don’t have a legal right to return it. Ask us, though: we may be able to help.
Items we deliver
If you buy something from us without coming into the shop, for example by phone with delivery, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund you within 14 days of getting it back. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent, and you pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
Repairs
If a repair wasn’t carried out with reasonable care and skill, we’ll put it right at no cost. If we can’t, you’re entitled to some or all of your money back. Repairs also come with the warranty confirmed on your quote. See our warranty policy.
Cancelling a repair
You can cancel a repair at any time. If we’ve already started work at your request, you pay for the work done up to the point you cancel. We’ll tell you the amount before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
